i am replacing the damper kit and it tells me i need a rubber adhesive i was wondering if it is a special kind or will any rubber adhesive work

No high temperature there under the tranny so any good rubber cement will work, just make sure it is of good quality and fast setting.

[FONT='Times New Roman']I always used super weather strip adhesive, which works well. It is the glue used to put door gaskets on cars as far as I know. You should be able to get it at your local car parts store. [/FONT]
