The water dispence and ice maker had no water went through. I check the water supply from water pipe, it was ok. I also test the dual water valve by pressing the water dispenser button, I hear the click sound on the orange output valve and water came out very strong ( I tried to unplug the hose to see any water come out or electrical valve is working - It's works ). But still no water came out from water dispenser, it just drop by drop, and no water from ice maker at all. Could you help me, how the dual control water valve works. Something wrong about it or the main control board not working. The parts was so expensive and no return policies. Please help, Thank you.
