What approach should I use to replace drain pump on Bosch Washer WFMC3200? I am fairly sure it is the pump that is broken since it will not pump out waste water and I found a plastic glove stuck in the pump orifice. We also smelled a burnt insulation odor and hear a humming sound when using the drain command on the control panel.

Thanks in advance for any advice before I open up the washer.

Well, the pump is out and will replace it tomorrow. Took off the front load door and gasket to get better access to the pump. I will also test the old pump today.
