Gene,
I have a question. How much voltage goes to the turntable motor? I put a meter on it and it appears to be 18 to 20 volts. The motor in your diagram says 21V is that the feed to it. When I put the meter on the two motor posts it says its good. Can I run power directly to the motor to see if it works? Thanks.

Sorry for typo. 99.9% of all motors require 120 VAC and I typed it automatically. The normal voltage for this motor suppose to be 21 VAC ± 10%. So the voltage test you did show the correct voltage reading. In that case the problem is the motor itself. Even if the continuity test was OK, this motor has also a gears inside which are bad because you could turn the shaft manually.
New motor should fix the problem.
Gene.
