Please help my washer won't agitate or spin , I hear the motor Running when it is in those modes . It fills and empties just fine

Probably the motor coupler. Lift the machine in the front and see if there is evidence (black rubber shavings or chunks; white plaastic shavings or chunke). Part number: AP3963893

Ok took the machine apart and the coupler is cracked
