Hello Again!
Thank you SublimeMasterJW! The thing is, when I went to the diagram parts breakdown for my model number these folks so nicly provide, I couldn't find the darned glide. I looked at the tumbler parts list, the motor list and the door list (just in case) I found nothing resembling what you showed me. I think I'll have to have a part number or something to buy the part. Can you or someone help me once again??
Thanks a lot for your help!! 5december

Instead of regular glides there are two teflon bearings which rest on cork pads (#30 on the break down diagram). They are secured to the shroud & tumbler front assembly with two rivets each. The new bearing comes with the new rivets but you need a rivet tool, sold separate. You have to buy two sets of bearings if both of them are gone bad. - The part number for the bearing kit is AP4037304 Here are the break down diagrams for the Maytag dryer Model MDE9316AYWYou can find the complete disassembly instructions in the Service manual (page 6-2).
