My ice dispenser only dispenses crushed ice. Any solution?

Check the solenoid (#45D on the break down diagram) for continuity.

Check for 120VAC coming to the solenoid while the ice dispenser calls for cubed ice (depress the door light switch while pushing the ice dispenser lever).

Post the results.
