The ejector arm gets stuck half way through the harvest cycle.

I discounted the ice maker and remove it.

I tested [multitester ohm setting X1] the control module motor for continuity [5000] and the control modular heater for resistance [250 approx].

Then I reinstalled the ice maker unit and within a short period the ejector arms rotated up and the water solenoid open and filled the tray.

The water froze, the heater came on, the ejector started to move and then stopped. The ejector arm is now stuck and frozen within the ice cubes.

The optics seems to be working fine...LED flashes twice with and a pause when the door is open and then a solid red when I manual hold the emitter flapper closed.

Could the control modular motor be malfunctioning? Any information would be appreciated

Is your refrigerator less than a year old? If so I'd let a sears tech check it out and fix it for free.
