Most likely the problem is a bad control board. Unfortunately the part has been discontinued and is no longer available. Looks like it's time for a new oven unless you can find some place where it can be rebuild. The part number for the control board is 8302967.

Gene. Good news! Sent my control board to ************************.com and they were able to repair it. And at about 20% of the cost of a new oven. Funny, the repairs carry a two year warranty while a new control panel, when they were available, only had a year warranty. Doc

OK, so the cavity programming instructions read like an Apollo 13 sequence and include a "Cancel" button. Problem is, there is no such button on my oven. Anybody know which button is the "cancel" button?
Thanks, Doc

Hi Doc,
Try to use the "upper off" button instead of "cancel".
Gene.

So I have the same error code...E6, F2 that everyone else has been getting. Ordered the panel and assembly parts (I believe those are the names) and it worked fine for a few days. Now I went to start the oven and many buttons will not press...like the start button. My ovens are RDB245PDQ14. I would appreciate any help Carrie

Open the control panel and check the ribbon cable connection to the control board. Make sure it's plugged in all the way.
Gene.
