Hello again-
I got the cabinet off, put a jumper on the switch connector, and when the water level was high enough- the motor kicked in.

I was able to visually verify that the coupler was not moving at all.

I am guessing that that is the "smoking gun"?

I did get it to drain this time- must've done it wrong before.

Am I right about the coupler?

Did the washer agitate? If not it's probably the coupler.
