Where can I get help on getting information on whats wrong w/my Viking Range oven and where can I get parts?My oven door locks when I want to self clean but doesn't heat up.I can hear a timer then it shuts off and the door unlocks,allin a matter of a minute or less.Any helpyou can give me would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately Viking keeps all information as a top secret and you can get it as well as any parts form Viking only.
