Customer self cleaned top oven, no problem. When bottom oven was activated, all the power went out. This was last week. I shut off the breaker and waited 10 minutes hoping something would reset. No luck. This is built in and hardwired to 220. I just need to know how to access either the control (circuit) board or the latch or which screws to remove it from the cabinet, if necessary. Of course it is locked. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Lenny in Austin

Hi Lenny
To get the access to the control board and the control compartment you have to unlatch the lower door. There is a solenoid on the door latch (behind the vent shield in the middle) which is blocking the latch hook from moving. Using a thin screwdriver, push the solenoid to release the hook.
After the door is open remove two screws from each side trims and pull the trim out from the bottom and then down to release it from the control panel tabs. Remove two screws on each side of the control panel and grabbing it on both sides from the bottom pull it toward yourself and up.
Now you have the access to the control compartment.
Good luck. Gene.
