Does anyone know what causes it, and how to replace it? Thanks

that is the entire model no. this thing has 4 burners and 4 valves. 1 valve has stopped turning at all. I have tried spraying wd-40 down it but no luck. It is a gas cooktop that has been converted to propane from the factory. Maybe its just worn out, like my old self. thanks.

Sorry without being able to look at a break down of your range I can't help too much. Can you pull off the part you think is not working. I might be able to backtrack and look at it that way.
