Just as title says. Wash cycle and first rinse just fine. When it does second rinse is when the breaker pops. I thought it was the timer,so I replaced the timer and it still does it. Any help would be great.

Well, the breaker pops because of a short in the machine (or it could be a bad breaker, I would replace it before doing anything else, but given this happens only on the 2nd rinse that is not a likely cure).

Given the history of this machine, and the liklihood of further problems down the road my recommendation is not to use the 2nd rinse, and use the machine until something else happens and then replace it with a nice, no frills top loader.

Yeah, I know, we are supposed to tell you how to fix things, but sometimes we don't.
