Help please. I don't know what part(s) I need to order to fix my washer. The internal agitator (the one that the large one slips over and locks on) is slipping on the main vertical drive shaft. I cant figure out where its slipping, there are no teeth, only a black rubber collar. It looks like its rubber to rubber contact.

Can anyone help please?

Unfortunately this model is somewhat older than what you listed, but there are parts available. Click on your model number and you will be taken to exploded views of your machine.

As far as the repair is concerned one really needs to be there to troubleshoot it so I suggest you purchase this manual.

It should cover your machine.

Part number: AP2613488
