Water Dipenser constantly drips. I see reading other posts that it is likely the inlet water valve. My refirgerator has two valaves a primary and a secondary. How can I tell which one is bad?

Check the one on the back first where the water supply comes in. Take the line off where the water comes out and you can see if it leaks there.
