Here are your parts Replacement parts for GE GSD2000J01WW | AppliancePartsPros.comI am assuming it washes OK First remove the kick plate. Is the pump running when it should be draining? Is The solenoid (Wash/drain) pulling down when it should be draining? Left hand side attached to the pump housing. If yes then you probably have a blocked drain hose or house drain blockage. Undo the drain hose at the sink, often stuff can collect where the hose fits over the drain fitting and cause a plug. If OK. Try to drain it into a pail. Besure to hold the hose there firmly and put a rag/towel over the top of the pail or you will nhane water everywhere.
