Hi, **where is the drain tube located?** Defrost drain starts up in the freezer, water drips down through the divider into the control housing on the ceiling of the FF section. From there the control housing directs the water into a drain tube which you cannot see as it is inside the walls. The drain exits the bottom of the refrigerator and deposits the defrost water into a drain pan under the refrigerator. A common spot to clog up is in the control housing. Remove power, remove screws to drop down the control housing for a peek. ** the door seal is starting to not make good contact also, so could that be it?** Won't help for sure! FF door OR FF door?
