Hi. Never had this issue. Washer works in ever other way, but when you start a load and it is on the 'sensing' step it begins filling with water but only fiils for about 10 seconds then begins the selected wash cycle. If I open the lid and close it begins again for 10 seconds then begins load. Can't find anything about it online. What is happening? What is the fix? I am generally good at fixing things.

If you can access the small hose at the back of the tub while the machine is filling with water try either blowing into it or sucking on it at the end going to the control panel. You will probably need an extra piece of hose and a connector of some sort to be able to do it . Also try to blow and suck on it with the power off and listen for a click of the device. As the washer puts water into the tub it produces a slight positive pressure in the hose to turn the control for water supply on and off.muUq64uu
