Service call on GE side by side. CX said unit was making noise one night and had h20 on floor following morning. Now both units too warm, with exception of produce drawer...too cold. Did the self diag- indicated fan #5 open. All others p(ass). So I look to the dampers. a voltcheckbetween thej2 and j3 contacts only gave a .1 standing voltage on all dampers. Any clues...anyone? Thx

Thank you for your question. It would be recommended that the thermistors be tested to identify if they are operating within tolerance. If the thermistors test for proper resistance, it is likely that the main control is causing this failure.
