The timer does not advance in the Timed Dry and Air Timed Dry. The dryer runs when the Start/Stop Switch is depressed but it will not stop unless the door is opened. The timer has been replaced with the problem continuing. I cannot find a wiring diagram for this model.
The old timer was opened and there does not appear to be any issue with it with the cams rotating and clean contacts.

Does the dryer timer advance in an automatic/regular cycle?

Based on the information provided, there is a break in one of the wires that supply the timer motor with voltage and/or neutral. There is a black wire spliced into the light blue wire going from the timer to the start switch that would need to be tested for continuity, as well as the white/black wire at terminal T of the timer that would be tested for continuity to the white/blue wire. If one of the wires does not have continuity, that wire has a break and the harness W11197393 would need to be replaced.
