Water on above refrigerator was working intermitently/randomly. No big problem at first now a bigger issue. After research we found our internal water tank had a leak and replaced the tank using the videos without an issue. Water flowed then stopped. So back to the books. Now looking at the possiblity that the line is freezing do to the ice door poorly/not closing. I do have frost on the ice funnel but the door dose close so maybe just not enough and the spring/solenoid needs replacing. Watch the video but on my refrigerator (double/triple checked the model #) does not have a trim piece around the water/ice dispenser area so unsure how to get to the parts. Not sure how to search the forum if the model # does not correctly describe the item? How can I find the right procedure?
So how do you get to the dispenser parts if there is no trim piece to remove?
