I have a Whirlpool CAM2752KQ0 Coin Operated Commercial Top-Load Washer. When coins are inserted, the machine doesn’t do anything, no lights, nothing at all; there is voltage coming from the AC plug, the lid switch is fine and I also changed out the timer assembly with one from another machine as well as the push button control panel.

Typically, it should start filling with water. This is basic machine, no electronics. Can it be the water fill valve? There are 2 solenoids, one for hot and one for cold, but nothing happens at all. Not sure what else it can be.
