Our Kitchenaid kfis27cxms4 has been acting strange lately.

Upper air flow in fridge compartment works but the air that is supposed to blow into the ice bin does not. Needless to say the ice in the bin is melting slowly.

Water in the ice maker freezes properly and eventually drops into bin but it seems slower than usual. It's been days and we don't have a full bin yet.

Front touchscreen is fine when we reset it (power cycle) but after 15-30 minutes it is either blank, distorted, upside down or another random pattern. The touch controls still work (my wife has locations memorized). I mention this for additional information but this was happening long before we had any ice issues.

The fridge compartment spiked to 54F a couple of days ago. I turned the setting to Max Cool and was able to get it back down to 39ish and it seems as though it is still holding there.

Freezer seems to be working fine and is at the right temperature.

Does the upper fan behind the ice maker send air to the side duct to the bin as well as into the fridge compartment?

Am I looking a control board issues?
