Maytag Neptune MAH4000AWW, S/N 61726411YU
Symptoms: Washer will start in any part of a cycle but will only run for about 10 seconds and stops. It will repeat that process with each press of the start button. The pumps work fine however the motor never turns the drum anymore than just a slight amount (< than a quarter rotation and stops) The Main board was replaced several years ago (R11 issue) does not appear to have any burned spots on it. Motor control board does not show any burned areas, the fuse is not blown and has continuity across the fuse.

Update 8-7-23. I finally found the Maytag electrical schematic that came with the machine that has the test procedure for the motor and controller. Went through this process and the drum did spin at 50 RPM as it is supposed to. According to the test procedure it states that if it passes this test the problem is not the motor or the controller.

Now I'm thinking it is timer related. Any help provided would be appreciated.
