I installed a new washing machine, a GE Model GE GTW-465ASN9WW. Now the three fluorescent light fixture that are on the same circuit are visibly pulsing. Another fluorescent fixture that I believe is on another circuit is doing the same. One person told me that It's the inverter type power supply producing three phase for the motor in new washers that causes it, and moving the lights to their own circuit is the only way to eliminate it. Is this correct? Adding another circuit is not an option for me,
