looking for any help in troubleshooting or best guess of the problem
GE Model GI15NDXZS1 (aka Kitchen aid)
I have done all the tests except the hot gas solenoid and all test ok. compressor windings test ok, overload protector and relay test ok
I originally thought the fan motor was going bad (again) but that seems to be running ok at least during the test.
had a power outage/several blinks during a storm (do have good surge protectors on panels) and a few days later no ice..I thought production was still occurring after the power issue, but honestly may not have noticed for those few days, then all of the sudden no ice left in bin and no ice production.

there is a some blue oxidation on the copper tubing, is that normal ?

Doing self test it quits after the drain pump
doing manual steps i can get it all the way through but it never cools down or heats up.
compressor does turn on though and fan runs.

unit is about 7 years old, no past issues except the water valve and the fan motor
