The arm lifter in the back of mine was frozen in place. Hair dryer 30 seconds= done!!

It worked!!! Such an easy fix, I have been just not using my ice maker!

I had the same issue, noticed ice was frozen at where the bucket inserted and prevented the metal rod fully engaged the solenoid elevator which moves it up for ice cubes. Removed the ice blockage and voila! ice cubes are dispensing. Thanks.

Cut the power by either unplugging or shutting the breaker off for 1 minute turn power back on and hit cube which is under the power off light on mine

Worked for me

Ewan007: turns out this was our problem as well. We tried to fix it. We now only get ice cubes. I believe we broke it when we were pushing it down with a long metal skewer and pushing the ice back in. Our model is from 2020. It’s ok. We’d rather have cubed than crushed anyway
