This morning wife opened refrigerator doors, closed them and walked away. She heard a series of what she describes as "happy" or "excited" tones like something good happened. Nothing like the tones that alert you to the door being left opened. Since this situation, none of the buttons work on the exterior display. However, the display does light up, shows temp and that the water dispenser is currently selected. Refrigerator is operating fine. Just can't get the display to respond to any buttons being pushed or held down for additional time.

FAILED Solutions Attempted:
- Lock shows "unlocked," but attempted to hold it down for at least 3 seconds
- Turned off circuit breaker to refrigerator for 10 minutes
- Opened and closed all doors multiple times
- Cannot get app connected to refrigerator because Wifi button is non-responsive on display (Of note, up through January 2023 I received monthly status emails about my refrigerator. However, in the January email it states that status is no only available through the app so I have no way of electronically assessing the refrigerator).
- Refrigerator does have a "Smart Diagnosis" feature, but it requires that you lock the refrigerator keypad. Since the buttons are non-responsive this does not seem to be an option.

Any ideas why the display buttons would suddenly stop working after simply opening/closing the door and hearing a series of "happy" tones?
