Refrigerator & freezer not cooling. Compressor has continuity at 6.5 ohms between all posts. New inverter as I thought that was the most likely culprit, but no. Motherboard low voltage output 2.3 - 2.6 volts. Installed new motherboard but low voltage is the same. Not sure where to go from here. Only other issue is fan appears to be blowing in freezer but not fridge side. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
