Hi. I'm new to this forum.
I'm having an issue:
both broiler and oven comes on but I'm not able to adjust the flame on the oven part. But I am able to adjust flame on the broiler, which according to manual it should only have 1 setting.

so there's resistance when adjusting the broiler knob but not the oven knob..which seems backwards to me.
I'm wondering if something was installed backwards. Since I've owned this oven it's been this way (I bought it as a floor model).

any enlightenment/help is much appreciated.
