When the wet cloths are put in and the dryer started a loud rattling noise starts. Sounds like a playing card in the spoke of a bicycle but loud. As the cloths dry the noise slowly goes away. I took top off and with the dryer running pushed down on the drum and the noise returned. When I let off it went away (Cloths in dryer were dry) All felt and nylon runners recently replaced. Sounds like it is coming from bottom of unit. I'm wondering if it is the plastic drive belt pulley being worn and vibrates under heavy load?

The idler pulley would be suspect as the cause but I doubt it would ever get better. You need to take the drum out to really find the cause.

Take the drum out and check all the rotating parts. Also check to see if something is stuck in the blower wheel.
