While baking some cookies I noticed that they were not baking correctly(turned into pancakes) so after they were done I got out my IR Gun and found out that the temp was 267°, not the 350° it was set for. I adjusted the temp to 430° and sure enough the temp went to 350°. My question is what is wrong, a bad board or a temp sensor or something else?

This is a Whirlpool Model # RBS245PDB6 Electric wall oven. I don't know how old it is but it was in the house when we bought it 21 years ago.
