Hi everyone.

I am trying to replace the lower seals in my Frigidaire Gallery washing machine model GLWS1349AS0.

I have viewed to videos etc, and checked the exploded parts diagrams for clues but cannot find a solution to my issue.

I cannot get the agitator all the way out. It lifts up about 3 cm (1.125 inches) and hits a hard stop. It feels like there is a mechanical lock at that point stopping it from coming off of the transmission shaft. The agitator moves freely for that 3 cm.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
