I have a Whirlpool washer, WTW5010LW, that started spinning and didn't stop. My son was washing something later at night and didn't find out it was still spinning about three hours in. I have looked at manuals and could not find a reset for this model. I tried most of the reset codes/options and nothing. What I mean by nothing is now, after we cut power to stop the spinning, we cannot start a wash cycle. When we try we hear a click, three "beeps", and the light moves right away from Sense to Done. It does not start filling nor does it lock the top. When it goes to "done" I hear the pump come on to drain then all stops.
