Jenn-Air convection microwave. Everything seems to work fine except it does not heat in microwave mode. I am assuming it is the magnatron or diode but I will replace both at once. Does anyone have the parts break down sheet or link to the repair manual and/or maybe help with some instructions on how to do this job. I am pretty handy, but I wanted to know what not to touch while replacing these parts. What is with discharging he capacitor. What are the dos and donts. I don't wish to test it I just wish to replace it. Its pretty new lets not get into the warranty because someone pulled off the tag with the serial number and Jenn-air will not do anything. I have fixed many other appliances and I am sure I can do this. Thank you in advance, anything that will help is greatly appreciated.

I'm working on a GE , it has the same problem, i've changed the diodes but still does not work..
Just make sure you power source is unpluged and open the unit , unplug the unit to be replaced, it is very simple..Just don't touch any bare wires..
