My whirlpool Refrigerator will not dispense water with the filter installed, but works if you remove the filter. The in door ice maker stopped working also. Should the water dispense if the filter is not installed? Shouldn't their be a check valve that prevents it from working and could this be affecting the Ice maker operation. Any help would be appreciated.
