Hoping to glean some expertise from this Group:

Here's a synopsis of the symptoms, and what basic troubleshooting I've done.

Freezer is set to 0, refrigerator is set to 37.

Actual recorded temperatures

Freezer = -4 -> Refrigerator = 26

Couple hours later:

Freezer = 12 -> Refrigerator = 34

Couple hours later:

Freezer = 3.3 -> Refrigerator 31.9

Fans are running. Condenser is warm-to-hot to the touch. Minimal dust bunnies on the coils / sealed components.

Pulled the back panel in the freezer to view the cooling fins / coil - the bottom 1/4 of the fins had ice buildup. The top 3/4 of the fins had zero ice buildup. I went ahead a defrosted the entire freezer coil, reassembled and plugged the unit back in.

After two hours of cooling:

Freezer = 27.3 (and falling) *started cooling from 71.2 (room temp)
Refrigerator = 37.9 (and falling) *started cooling from 43.3 (door was closed)

Any suggestions on where to begin further troubleshooting or components to replace would be GREATLY appreciated!

Correct...the refrigerator OEM display indicates the refrigerator temp is 31, sensorpush says the temp is 31.9.

Several items have gotten "slushy" in the refrigerator - but not frozen solid. The water filter crystalizes enough to prevent water from flowing to the dispenser.

I'm starting to suspect an issue with the refrigerator damper assy.
