I am sorry if I posted this twice. I am going by how my 85 yr old mother is explaining it to me. So Im trying as best as I can to explain it here.


She was doing a wash cycle called "HAND WASH". Upon using this setting - she changes it to "rise and spin". It is stuck in the "rinse" cycle and does not "spin" it keeps on "rinsing" even after unplugging the unit and plugging the unit to reset the setting. When purchased the machine, it was the wrong unit installed (purchased from a big box home improvement store) they installed a wrong unit. They were not receptive and gave my mother problems (she did not purchase the extended store warranty). Any ideas?
