I have a Kenmore dishwasher, model #KDTE254ess1. The lights on the control panel do not light up. When you press the keys you get the beep indicating that the keys have been pressed. I can turn that sound off and on so the keys themselves seem to be working. There are, however, no lights over the keys. (The sanitize light stays on.) I have reset the machine, and unplugged it for 10 hours. If I guess correctly with the key sequence the dishwasher will work. It is like the bulbs went out but I know I can't replace all the bulbs. The washer is approximately 4 years old.
