My Samsung 8165STE microwave lost all power last week. I was able to check three fuses (one a cylinder type near the top. The other two are Thermostat;nt-101NA,250/. The one on the "floor" is was closed. The one mounted to the back wall on the lower right was open. I need to know if this fuse is normally closed or open at room temp. If it is a normally closed fuse, that should be my problem. I have no way to obtain a wiring diagram, so ???

Edit: The numbers on the part is 1009 KSD-40LG
The numbers on the other thermostat which is closed is 1007-KSD-12LG

The scroll turntable runs all the time except when we open the door and the light is also on. I checked to see if it was in demo mode but it wasn't. It works great but I'm pretty sure it wasn't designed to do that
