Hello guys,

I purchased a Bosch series 300 dishwasher a month ago.

The detergent tab was not dissolving, so I went thru all troubleshooting options by disassembling the spray arm, cleaning/testing it, disassembling the pipe that goes from the bottom to the spray arm, adding half a gallon of water during the cycle, etc. Nothing worked. There is not a single drop of water coming out of the spray arm, the valve is completely closed.

Just for fun, I tested for a half-load and voilà! Everything works perfectly with that option enabled.

I guess it's time for a service call? Any idea?
