I have a Maytag MVWB865w top load washer about 18 months old. It started making a grinding noise with severe vibration. Now the drum won't spin and the agitator is spinning slowly on the spin cycle. I've been all over the internet and nothing pertaining to this problem. Thinking clutch or gearcase (trans). Any ideas or input.
