i just replaced the bearings, seal and belt, thought this would solve the problem but clothes are still soaking wet after cycle. washer is level, drain is at correct height and length. thinking it might be door lock or washer control, any suggestions, also the washer cleaning monthly cycle has not worked in years, it would start its cycle for about a min or two then stop and all lights blink.

Have you tried 'troubleshooting' section from manual? Some Kenmore washers manuals could be found online here
