I have a Whirlpool WTW5100SQ0 washing machine and the drum spins to a specific spot on the spin cycle then stops. Can't spin by hand either. The rest of the washers steps work fine. I have replaced the clutch thinking that may be the issue and it didn't work. I have also looked at the motor coupling and can not find any sign of wear. Rubber is still intake and nothing is broken. What could be causing my drum to not spin and stop at a certain point?
