We have a Panasonic Genius Prestige (Model NN-SD797S, S/N 6B5223xxxx, May 2012) with the knob. Runs great but the turntable just started running whenever the door is opened. Turntable also runs normally when cooking. Turntable alternates direction each time it starts, either when uwave runs or when door is opened. I think the direction change is standard behavior.

I disassembled the door switch assembly and ohm-ed out the 3 switches. They're fine. Cleaned the contacts for the switches and for the turntable motor assy. Still doing it. Could it be a switch alignment?

The turntable looks like it's controlled/powered by a board that might also power the magnetron. If I were to shotgun it, I'd just replace that board. Any suggestions?
