Our KitchenAid fridge (model #: KRMF706ESS01) began having issues last week.
Started off with the fridge door open notification beep though all doors were closed properly.
All the lights in the refrigeration section went off.
Then I unplugged and plugged back the fridge and the door open alarm went away/
But lights are still not turning on when I open the fridge. Also, the water and ice dispensing seem to be not working as well. However, there are no issues with refrigeration or freezer itself.

When I press on the temperature setting button on the front control panel for 3 seconds, it seems to just blink once and come back to the main screen and cannot adjust the temperature as well.

The control panel is lit up most of the time even though it is supposed to turn off after some time of
inactivity.

How can I troubleshoot the issue and anything that I can try?
