Approx 5 year old Whirlpool Cabrio. Had to replace bearings. That process took awhile but went OK. Diagnostic check ok. Washed 4 loads OK. Now get “Out of Balance” fault every cycle. BUT, neither the machine nor drum are wobbling around very much. Well within what should be ok. How does it detect out of balance? Any suggestions?

I’ve checked springs, precisely leveled it, run spin test (which it does great at). No luck.

Planning on taking apart to bearings then putting back together.

BTW, sounds great and turns easily with the new bearings and shaft.

The machine also has a glass lid, so I can see in and I do not notice much wobble.

Also, it has a glass top, so I can see in and verify that it is not wobbling much.

I think I found it. Bolt holding the rotor on was loose. I put more thread locker on and tightened. Held through a test run and two loads so far.
