I just opened my dryer cabinet to replace the belt and idler pulley. When it was open I noticed this part on the inside bottom of the dryer cabinet. The dryer seems to be operating ok, and I have looked through the schematics and photos of parts for this dryer but haven't been able to identify it. Here is a link to some photos: https://www.evernote.com/l/ABMYlv4INYJDA4BuIZErPrU793lZ0Se3bHM

Does anyone know what this might be? Thanks much.

It looks like a seal or bearing support for the blower or motor. This unit must be making some significant noise if this part was loose in the cabinet. Suggest you see what might be flopping around . It can be running smooth with this part missing.
