I've replaced the fuse, limit switches, thermostat and had a parts house test the heater could. Has air but still no heat. Tested continuity on all parts. All are good. Any ideas what to do next?

1. test for actual 240 volts across L1 and L2 at the terminal block
2. check to see if the centrifugal switch on the motor is passing 120 volts to the heating element

Dryer gets hot, stays hot will not time to cool off. Could the problem be a high temperature thermostat?
